The Academy - What Was the Experience Like?

The academy is there to teach you the hard skills required to be an investor, but it does it in a practical sense. The weekly lunches that we had with PMs and senior analysts really sped up our learning. I think this also speaks to just the culture of collaboration here at Point 72.
