Why Do We Need to Understand Emotions?

It feels like we're just coming back to ate the earlyer aristotelian stuff about status an society that we were questioning, or that mark was questioning. I think both west and i are relatively aline that we think that it's a pretty accurate interpretation of anger that aristotle presents. So this becomes a manipulative cal tool. Why do we need t understand emotions? It's exactly that. You need to understand your audience and how your audience reacts to things so that you can know how to use that in order to persuade them of things.
