Mentoring
Mentoring is not a one way street, in my opinion. I'm learning from them as well. It's not like I'm this God level oracle of knowledge that I just know everything and tell them what to do. If I'm mentoring somebody there, they're usually a highly intelligent human being who may not have the same background that I do. The way that they think sometimes changes the way that I think about something. And that creative collaboration with the mentor mentee relationship, it excites me every time I get there,.
