The Risks of Taking Control of the Ends
I think there is quite a lot that you can do to take control of this situation but I kind of go, if I don't take control of it, then this conflict is so uncomfortable that I don't want to continue in this job. And I think the other thing I sometimes do and still do now is make a choice. At times I could definitely take that but you're like, actually that's just not a, it's not reflective of your role. So If I just said to you, I am sort of going to opt out of the doing, thanks.
