I think growing up in the Bay Area I am going to Berkeley Tech is just the predominant industry and it was definitely one that like everybody knows is a very high growth, exciting industry with a ton of innovation. Morgan Stanley from what I learned during recruiting and from my experience there has a really strong technology platform. When you do tech and you're in some of the more satellite offices outside of New York it's kind of easier to understand what your team culture is going to be because it's less of a huge bulge bracket headquarter firm.
