The Pandemic and Knowledge Management
Mach 49 had already decided that knowledge management was a critical component of the business and we're putting all of the pieces in place. And then it just so happened that some of those pieces were put in place before the pandemic hit. That has accelerated many of the changes that we had to make. The value of knowledge management to the organization increased exponentially overnight because of the demands of suddenly needing to communicate asynchronously instead of being in person together.
