How Lauren Michaels Built the World of TNO Slash SNL
The first half of the book essentially takes place in one week of that show. I felt like I know how an episode of SNL is made now that I read this. There's also SNL itself makes, it's almost like teeny, tiny documentaries or something. And there's a 750 page oral history called live from New York. It was such a joy to do all this research.
