The Role of Generational Differences in Online Shopping
A survey of 2000 US consumers found that three quarters said they were planning on going on and buying when buying on eBay. And it's important for any seller to keep in mind, you know, if you've been selling on even you're paying attention to what we do internally at the company for the marketplace. We focus a lot on garnering more millennials, more Gen Z. These are people who grew up buying online. For people my age, it was a change in behavior that happened starting 20 years ago or so that we started shopping online.
