Why Does Knowledge Matter?
The reason shared knowledge matters is because in communicating with another tribal member, you are taking a great deal for granted. It's that feature of the unsaid to enable you to interpret what is being said accurately. That's why i think it's so important to have a common curriculum for a school,. Because they need to understand the language of the classroom. Each child does. So there has to be a build up of the right kind of knowledge for the classso that every children understands what's going on.
