The Importance of Realistic Leadership
I consider myself a realist, and there's two categories of schools of thought in international relations. It's idealism and realism. The realists believe that people are the same in terms of the things that motivate them. But then you also have to look at the nature of the regime and the systems of government. There's different things about different countries that make them want to behave differently.
