Why I Left McKinsey to Join the Startup World

I left McKinsey during the early period of the COVID pandemic in 2020. I wanted to focus on something that was very early where I could have a lot of different hats. And then I wanted it to be in healthcare, right? Or at least healthcare adjacent. It was like I said, extremely varied work from what ended up being a very relationship management type of role. But by end of my job doing like sales type of work, which was kind of big value add for me.
