Is There a Need for Hypertrophy?

Agassara: I think our expectations as individuals who go to the gym and lift exceed our physiological capabilities a lot of the time. In some studies, after three months, they saw a plateau. And that doesn't matter if you are really focused on the increase of calories or how many more calories do actually need for hypertrophy? Agassara: It's more difficult to get growth out of trained people than it is untrained individuals. The average size of the biceps was like 3.2 centimeters.
