We don't know so much what is happening to snow and precipitation in high mountain environments which makes it very difficult for us to anticipate floods. But then what happened a bit was ordering a weather station is relatively straightforward. We can learn from that that when we identify new gaps to address climate risks, we really have to think all the way. If you talk about loss and damage, we have to think in a long way, right? What does that actually apply? It's not just we need this much money to address risks. We have to think, OK, what are those risks? Where does that money go?"
