The way i would rephrase that is to say something like, could you please come now so we have time to read a book? And then i would alsounder and that if this is bedtime especially, it's really, really difficult for my child to make these transitions at the end of the day. And i would be there with my arm around my child, saying, i'm going to help you. You're having a hard time coming on your own, so we're going to go in because i want to have plenty of time to read to you. So that's basically it. Those are my insights, just that everything needs to be authentic. This clarity will free us
