How I Decided This Was Going to Be My Dissertation Topic
The participants were nominated as men who had thought about what it means to be a man. I got like 52 said yes, I'd be interested. And then from those I started picking men and interviewing them. So there's trans man, four men of color,. two fraternity men, leading the Black student organization on campus. There was a religion and ability, but pretty diverse in terms of racial and ethnic background, socioeconomic status, and sexual orientation.
