The Differences Between Chewy and Gooey Cheese

People in Northern Europe tend to eat more stodgy food because of the cold, wet weather that we experience. Chewy is when meat has been overcooked perhaps or it is a poor piece of meat and a cheap piece of meat so therefore you seem to be chewing it for hour.
