i think that traditional environment hurts your creativity. I'd like to let my students grade themselves, because they don't feel really great about me tellingem if they're good or bad. All those kinds of things help change the system. i didnt mid doctor research in the early inspirations of great inventors and anchmaneres. And i interviewed them, and when you say to them, what inspire you to be who you are, rarely do they talk about school. They don't talk about because school just sort of, in some way sucks the creativity out of you,. You've got to learn, you know, follow the rules. And anors and innovators don't follow rules
