Rebecca Smith: It feels like this is a story of two different things, which is unfettered marketism. And belief in that is problematic for the reasons that we saw in texas and conqut; smart regulations would have helped. She says it also feels like there's just failure of regulators to do some minimal kinds of things that make sense.Smith: i guess my reaction to all this is this is going to lead to some need jerk reactions against markets for electricity,. Which is terrible because prices are so important in this market.
