How Do I Stop the All or Nothing Mentality?
All or nothing mentality is a huge topic inside the consistency course. One of my go tos for all or nothing thinking is practising what are the options in between? It's not either i follow this plan that i made for this day, or screw the plan, do whatever i want. I can work for 20 minutes and then i can nap for an hour. Or maybe i go to holefoods and pick up some sorbe instead. There's so many options in between. M recording this a few days before this episode airs,.
