The Signs of Possession
Another common external sign of possession is bouts of uncontrollable rage and violence. The possessed loses control of their normal personality and enters into a frenzy of anger, verbally or physically attacking others. In the more acute episodes of rage, the possessed will often lose consciousness, and after regaining consciousness, they remember nothing. Other victims have noted being conscious during the episode, but feeling as if an alien presence is operating in their bodies. Outside of these bouts of fury, however, the victim can live an otherwise normal life.
