I Think the More Eyes on the Process, the More Open the Data Are
Partome: I think one of the things that i find to be really troubling with the purreview process currently is, like you said, a lot of the processes are opaque. And we are basically funnelling the entire decision making process down to usually two people. Partome wonders if it's just re shuffling deck, you know. When some one makes a very important health related discovery, who's allowed to learn about it? Ah, not to mention just the ethical consideration.
