Genes I View Is a Very Powerful Thinking Tool
I think that mimetics has had much more minor influence on the sort of cultural evolution than what the general genes I view has had on the study of organic evolution. The genes I view as written in be very interested in adaptations and it kind of tends to downplay often kind of complexities of interactions between genes or the complexities of development. It seems to me multi-level selection did quite well in identifying the circumstances in which you get genetic conflict, fitness differences among genes,. Major transitions, the evolution of mechanisms at suppress lower level selection so that selection gets concentrated at a level.
