Time Restricted Feeding in Mice
The terms time restricted feeding and intermittent fasting get interchanged very much. I'm talking about something different than just one meal a day, right? Which I would call time restricted feeding. So yeah, it's a, it's an open question. Whether to what extent does, you know, shorter fasting periods have an effect on health and longevity? My personal view is that in mice, the data are extremely weak that in that time restricted feeding has significant effects on the aging process.
