Coaches Don't Always Need Confidentiality
There's really no need for any any kind of confidentiality the amber light being day-to-day maladaptive thinking and unhelpful thinking. Any work that gets that that can be done within my skill set stays in stays within the club if not we'll contract in somebody else. I expect coaches to deliver and be in dialogue with players anyway on that sort of stuff they should it to be a decent operator as a coach you're going to have conversations about players around that anyway.
