Agela and her husband started this business during the country's debilitating debt crisis in the early 20 tens, with just one pair of cows. The cheese varieties she's showing us are native titinos and come from recipes her family used when she was growing up. She said demand for her cheese has grown so much it's almost surpassed what she and her husband can produce on their small farm.
