Gusta takes a lot of things from everywhere else, and can have combined it with ain in intrige. It's flexible and it's adaptable, which i really enjoy. And something that i know irritates me is when people like the whim hof method,. Which has been done for years and years by so many different people and so many en ways. The wimhorf method is not unique. It is just a unique combination of things that has already been done and researched in, like, thousands of other places.
