The Effects of Pantothenic Acid on Endurance Exercise Performance

There were no changes in blood chemistry, including respiratory exchange ratios. No changes in perceived exertion or free coa levels in skeletal muscle. So what limited data we do have suggests that supplementation with pantothenic acid will not benefit endurance exercise performance. But because we have so much less research here on the requirement than riboflavin, we just don't have the tools we need to figure out what that is.
