This is one rtant reason why trump is in a much better, stronger position to overthrow the election in 20 24 than he was in 20 20 because congress was split. If republicans take back the house and sanit in next year's election, then republicans will be the ones to decide on the electors. And the performance of the party in terms of its obeisance to trump doesn't give me confidence that they would follow a fair account of what the voters decided.
