Can the State of Ohio Ban the Sale of Convict Made Goods?
This is not the first time this problem has come up in the law. There were questions about whether states could ban the importation of goods made using prison labor. Most famously Kentucky, Whippen, Collar versus Illinois Central Railroad Company and Whitfield versus Ohio. These cases are not cited so I shepherdize them.
