The Role of Muscular Soreness in Performance

I think it's more common to feel like muscular soreness earlier in a block than later. Joint discomfort might progressively increase for people while muscular soreness goes down. So if that's like routinely you feel okay my knees hips elbows whatever feel wrecked going into day one then it would probably be worth examining your program and figuring out a way to remedy that. I'm hearing that it matters if it's every week forever or at certain points in the mezzo cycle.
