The patient had elevated RA and pulmonary capillary wedge pressure at rest. The next most common answer was spironolary diuretic and FGL2 inhibitor prior to discharge. Dr. Loci told us that she wasn't particularly volume overloaded. We actually have a drug for half-path, right? So I'm starting an SGLT2 in patients who aren't supervolume overloaded.
