Uber's a Bad Actor, but Are They Really Trying to Beat the Law?

Uber is being put on notice and then they know that they need to behave until then. The latest major scuffle with a city has already resulted in the departure of Uber's long time European policy lead, Joe Bertram. And so it'll be interesting to see if you start to see more large cities like internationally and within the US start to push back like this.
