I was doing some sort of hypertrophy type training, sometimes seven days a week. I just switched this week to Jim Wenler's 531, boring but big. All you need to do is get stronger in a few movements and you will get bigger. It's pretty easy to put on weight if you just eat, but putting on muscle is not easy.
