Peritec, $462 million acquisition by Gurnet Point Capital and No-Hole Holdings. I'm not entirely clear where the synergies are going to come from. There's now a number of antibiotics companies out there who are unable to build sufficient breadth in their product portfolio. So I think this could be an interesting play.
