The Geneva Convention is fun and be kind of so I think it's actually the Hague. If you go and read it, the rules are so stringent that it'd be very hard to really do much of anything actually. Like the rules for like how the treatment of prisoners and so on,. It's they're so rigid that like, like how do they, whatever, expect to fight a war under these conditions? "I totally instrumented the convention, but it happens anyway"
