When we shut the economy down, rightand people stop working, they needed to stop spending. We gave them all this money anyway, so that they could spend, even though they weren't productive. So productivity fell. But they still had cash, cause they got handed. Lot of that cash went into assets, though. Noc kins, while they went both places.
