boosted is a startup that sells scooters and other motorized vehicles. The company has run into financial trouble, leaving its employees jobless. A debt firm takes control of the company's finances so it can't make any more deals or purchases without explicit approval. It also wants to start selling electric scate bords under the yamaha brand - but no one knows what that would look like.
