God's Permissive Will Allows Even Horrible Things to Happen
God made us with our own free will. We get to say no to his perfect plan. Because of that, God has not only his perfect will, yes, his permissive will. He will allow even horrible things to happen for two reasons. One is in order to preserve our free will. And secondly, because he knows that he can bring about an even greater good.
