Is There a Comfort in Calling Your Ancestors?
I think for me it's, there's a comfort that comes from a very visual person. So oftentimes when i'm feeling alone in my experience of the world, to remember that there are many who came before me and they all have stories. I talk about mythic time, ancestral time, in many indigenous languages. There is no past or future. Everything is ever happening. So if everything is ever happening, then i can call my ancestors. That has been the biggest and most recent impact to me. But what can be known as the bright and well ones, rite the ones who who are in a healthy way to come and support me in times when i need them?
