Sugamidex for Moderate Neuromuscular Blockade

The study included 189 patients, 87 women and 102 men. The primary endpoint was the time from the start of sugamidex or neo slash glyco administration to a train of four ratio of 0.9. That is generally considered full neuromuscular blockade reversal. And so what did they find? What they found was that the sgamidex dose that two mics per kick had a recovery time of approximately 1.7 minutes for moderate reversal of rockeronium neurmuscular blockade. So it's pretty effective at that dose for moderate blockade.
