OpenSea: A Marketplace for the Sale of NFTs
OpenSea is a marketplace for the sale of NFTs, for reselling as well as initially minted. If OpenSea then pulls the meta-burkin, so to speak, can they still be sold? They can still be sold, just not on OpenSea. You can sell them somewhere else. I think in the world of these NFT marketplaces, everyone is eager to make money and I'm not sure there's a ton of discernment. The suit was probably filed in either very late 2021 or very early 2022. And this is, you know, sort of a tribute to the federal courts that this is gone as quickly as it has.
