The Three Measures of Productivity
The point of businesss to be in existence is to make money. You can't really do anything if you don't have any money. The three measurements that we take on to understand if wer are productive towards this goal is through put, inventory and operational expenses. Soi think that in the hypothetical manufacturing plant, it makes sense. And a thing, in the hypothetical scout walk, it cand of makes sense as well. We want to try to apply this concept to a few different areas for us as well.
