Commitment Results Learning Framework

I think we should build a little grid and I call this the commitment result learning framework. If you say, do we're going to go to the gym at five a.m. every morning for the last 90 days and you didn't, it's okay. We can't keep looking at the mirror and saying we feel fat but not go to work out. The role of zone of resentment is when you do something that you know how to do but you shouldn't be doing. Instead, we want to work in our zone of genius which means that working harder comes easier.
