P-a-H Worsening and R-v Failure in the Serifin Study?

P-A-H is a progressive disease, so worsening of pulmonary arterial hypertension and development of R-V failure is unfortunately related to natural progression of disease. The majority of patients in the study were on background therapy; that's essentially what we're observing even though some are also on background therapy.
