Is There Anything the Defense Team Can Do?

Siberian conflict is governed by the geneva convention and other inter national agreement. The vast majority of states agree that the law of arm conflict applies to sidebor operations exactly the same as applies to other operations. There are a handful of states who disagree with thatbut those states include china and russia. We shouldn't forget, of course, that siber war is still war. People can get hurt. It does have very real impacts on military strategies. And from my perspective, we go by the philosophy, it's not if it's going to happen, it's when it happens.
