Is It Worth It?
If you work somewhere and you don't use up all your holiday days, then you're essentially giving them a couple of thousand dollars each year. The other part is just paying the government and going through the whole process. It might not be really evident upfront, but that's behind the scenes how everything gets budgeted. If they're paying for Visa, technically you're going to get paid a little less than you would because you're paying for visa.
