The Importance of Position Size in Trading
I'm usually trying to have about six positions at each time, because I think that managing more of six positions becomes a little bit too difficult. Each position, I'm allocating 10% of my portfolio, which means that I'm usually up to 60% invested and 40% in cash. But even with five or six losses in a row, if you lose only 2% per trade, you can still survive it.
