Is There an Elite Team?

I mean teamwork is both more important than ever but it also feels to me that there's a new challenge with everybody's distributed and you sort of have to figure out how to be. The benefit of having a team work really well is is high so can you just briefly tell me like what is an elite team. Why are they so why are they special and are there any. Did you learn anything about how to how to create one?
