In the early days, it was like bein able to sell your home nearly instantly. Is a product people love? Is that a lie we tell ourselves? If you give people what they want, consumers crave it. We were just laid bare with our problems and we had to make sure that we kept us on our feet. The other thing to really preciate over time is the data that your operations team generate is proprietory, first party data that accumulates and contributes to your data motes.
