The Importance of Staying Open-Minded

When did you shift your focus away from fat to the concept of increasing dietary protein? So it's been quite a long process, I think. Probably 2018 is when I really started exploring this much more. And just keep... There's a lot of mistakes. But we always make mistakes, and the only difference is if you refuse to accept it, then you will keep doing it forever. Or if you accept that you are making mistakes, then you have a chance to stop doing it. so I choose the latter, I guess.
